Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Veylor.

These Terms of Service govern your use of veylor.store and any purchase made through the website. By accessing this website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Veylor

Veylor is an Australian-operated online retailer specialising in vehicle protection products and accessories.

For customer support, contact:

Email: veylor.au@gmail.com
Country: Australia

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing or misuse of the website.

3. Products and Vehicle Fitment

Veylor products are offered for selected vehicle models and fitments.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and selecting the correct vehicle model or generation before checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images and fitment information accurately. Product imagery may be used for illustrative purposes, and minor differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting, screens and manufacturing variation.

If you are unsure about fitment, contact us at veylor.au@gmail.com before placing your order.

4. Porsche, BMW and Other Vehicle Manufacturers

Veylor is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with Porsche AG, BMW AG, or their related companies.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and trademarks are used solely to identify compatibility and intended fitment.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.

6. Orders and Payment

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the product will remain available.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process or verify your order.

7. International Fulfilment

Veylor works with international fulfilment partners.

Depending on the product and availability, products may be dispatched directly from overseas fulfilment facilities, including facilities located in China.

This arrangement allows us to provide selected vehicle-specific products to customers across Australia.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Veylor provides complimentary tracked delivery Australia-wide.

Orders generally require approximately:

2–4 business days for processing and preparation
7–12 business days for transit

Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 9–16 business days.

In some circumstances, delivery may take up to approximately 3 weeks due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Tracking

Tracking information will normally be provided after an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and delivery address at checkout.

Veylor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer, subject to any rights available under Australian law.

10. Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as reasonably possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact veylor.au@gmail.com immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.

11. Returns and Change of Mind

Veylor does not generally accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where a customer:

  • no longer wants the product;
  • changes their preference;
  • purchases a similar product elsewhere; or
  • selects an incorrect vehicle fitment.

This does not affect any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our full conditions are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact veylor.au@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photographs where reasonably appropriate.

We may ask for information necessary to assess the issue before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees apply to online purchases in the same way they apply to purchases made in-store.

14. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, availability and website content accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information where reasonably necessary.

We will not use these rights to avoid obligations imposed by Australian consumer law.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Veylor branding, website design, written content, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Veylor.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use Veylor-owned content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and vehicle manufacturer branding remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website to:

  • engage in fraud or unlawful conduct;
  • attempt to interfere with website security or functionality;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false payment or order information; or
  • infringe intellectual property rights.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers and shipping carriers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery, prevent fraud or operate the store.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veylor is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from matters outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or compensation rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Businesses cannot use contractual wording to remove responsibility for loss that consumers are legally entitled to recover under consumer guarantees.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this website with the latest revision date.

Changes will not remove rights already available to customers under applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth legislation including the Australian Consumer Law.
